Good friend Nick G is 'all wriled up' over the proposed educational 'reforms' of schools in Christchurch. Here are his thoughts

I've put the word 'reforms' in quotation marks.. my dictionary says of
Reform "make changes in (something, especially an institution or
practice) in order to improve it".
I'm one of thousands that find such a claim dubious at best.
